take over an existing customer base and great opportunities to make new deals through prospecting within the segments of SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) and smaller Midcorp companies. Our market has a breadth of larger operational SME companies active in several sectors as well as some real estate clients. The team currently consists of 9 account managers and one corporate manager, and we work closely together with our 3 customer support staff and the customer support manager.
In the role of account manager, you are fully responsible for your own customer portfolio, which means you lead the team around the customer. You enjoy relationships and build your success on long-term business relationships characterized by interest, curiosity, and engagement. You are expected to develop and refine the current customer base and actively work on prospecting new customers.
The job requires self-drive and gives you good opportunities for personal development, which is why your personal qualities are important. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and business, has good social skills, and a business-oriented drive. You are unpretentious, helpful, and loyal, and enjoy working both individually and in a group, with ease in socializing with colleagues and in networks.
